I am a UKCP registered psychotherapeutic counsellor and a registered member of the BACP*. Only therapists who meet their exacting standards and training requirements can be on their registers.
I have over 10 years of counselling experience, gained through private practice and different counselling charities.
For the past 3 years I have worked as a Senior Counsellor for a Rape Crisis Charity counselling survivors of sexual violence, whether historical or recent and including childhood sexual abuse.
